CUSTOM32 TERMS & SERVICES

To use our services and place an order, you must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. While you can browse without an account, registering is required to save designs and access dashboard features.

• Account Responsibilities: You must provide accurate contact and shipping details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Prohibited Conduct: You may not use automated means to scrape our site, attempt to bypass checkout controls, submit fraudulent chargebacks, or harass CUSTOM32 staff. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

• Privacy & Communications: By using the Services, you consent to our collection of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You also consent to receiving transactional emails regarding your orders and account security.

Most CUSTOM32 products are strictly made-to-order based on your exact specifications, including social-handle decals, windshield banners, and custom graphics.

• Design Review: You are solely responsible for reviewing your design before payment. You must verify the spelling, handle accuracy, platform icons, typography, material choices, and layout.

• Approval: By completing payment, you confirm the design is correct. CUSTOM32 is not responsible for typos or design errors that you approved in the customizer or order summary.

• Pricing & Payment: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and paid in full at checkout via Stripe. We may cancel orders before production due to suspected fraud, clear pricing errors, or material unavailability.

Because our items are custom manufactured, our fulfillment and cancellation policies are strictly enforced.

• The 4-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel a paid order within four (4) hours of payment for a full refund, provided production has not started. After this window, custom-manufactured orders are non-refundable.

• Production: Orders generally enter production after the 4-hour window and ship within 3–7 business days. Slight variations in color, cut alignment, or material texture may occur and are not considered defects.

• Shipping: We ship exclusively to Canadian addresses. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed off to the carrier.

• Delivery Issues: If an order arrives damaged or materially differs from your approved design, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with clear photos to review for a potential reprint or refund.

We respect intellectual property rights and require our customers to do the same when submitting custom text or artwork.

• Your Content: You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any text, handles, logos, or artwork you submit. You grant CUSTOM32 a license to use this content solely to fulfill your order.

• Prohibited Content: We will refuse the production of content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activity. Do not request the reproduction of copyrighted characters or logos without explicit authorization.

• Our Intellectual Property: CUSTOM32 retains full ownership of its website, customizer software, templates, brand assets, and proprietary tooling.

• Warranties: CUSTOM32 products are provided "as is." Vinyl durability heavily depends on your surface preparation, installation, and environment. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is strictly limited to the amount you paid for that order.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally via support will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
