How long can I cancel my order?

You have four hours after payment to cancel for a full refund, as long as production has not started. Use the countdown on your order confirmation or account page, or email INFO@CUSTOM32.COM.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We ship to Canadian addresses only. Rates and tax are calculated at checkout.

How long does production take?

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after the cancellation window, depending on volume and complexity. You will receive an email when your order ships.

How do I approve my design?

Before adding custom products to your cart, you must confirm that your layout, spelling, and materials are correct. This approval is stored with your order.
