TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CUSTOM32 for your use of custom32.com, our design tools, and the purchase of our custom vinyl products. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

CUSTOM32 sells made-to-order custom vinyl decals and related automotive graphics for customers in Canada. Our storefront includes:

• Physical custom-cut vinyl products (social-handle decals, windshield banners, shop decals, and similar items) manufactured to your approved design specifications.

• Automated online design customization tools that let you configure typography, icons, materials, sizing, and layout before checkout.

• Optional professional design services and support communications related to your order.

• All listed prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless we state otherwise on the product page.

• Applicable Canadian sales tax (GST/HST) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We ship to Canadian addresses only unless a product page states otherwise.

• Promotional pricing, quantity discounts, and material modifiers are shown in the cart and checkout summary before payment.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Because our products are made to order, you are responsible for reviewing your design carefully before payment — including spelling, platform icons, fonts, materials, sizing, and layout. Your payment constitutes approval of the design as shown at checkout.

Cancellation rules for refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. In summary:

• You may cancel for a full refund within four (4) hours of payment confirmation, provided production has not begun.

• After the four-hour window, custom-manufactured orders are final and non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items covered under our Refund Policy or where Canadian consumer protection law requires otherwise.

• We may cancel or refuse any order or design at our sole discretion (for example, unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content). If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund.

• Production generally begins after the four-hour cancellation window. Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days after that window, depending on volume and complexity.

• Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and your location. Tracking information is provided when available.

• Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the shipment. You are responsible for inspecting packages on delivery and reporting damage or production errors as described in our Refund Policy.

• Minor variations in vinyl colour, texture, or cut tolerance can occur and are not considered defects.

• You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to create an account or place an order.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and ensuring your shipping and contact details are accurate.

• You must own or have rights to any text, logos, handles, or artwork you submit. Do not request reproduction of copyrighted material without permission.

• We do not tolerate fraudulent chargebacks, automated scraping, checkout manipulation, or harassment of our team. Violations may result in account suspension and order cancellation.

You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant CUSTOM32 a limited licence to use that content solely to manufacture, fulfil, and support your order.

We retain all rights to our website, customizer software, templates, and brand assets.

Our products are provided "as is." Durability and appearance depend on surface preparation, installation, and environmental conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be handled in Ontario, Canada, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your province require otherwise.
