TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms govern your use of our website, design tools, and the purchase of our custom vinyl products in Canada. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these rules.

• Age Requirement: You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to create an account or place an order.

• Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your login info secure and ensuring your shipping and contact details are accurate.

• Prohibited Actions: We do not tolerate fraudulent chargebacks, automated site scraping, checkout manipulation, or harassment of our team. Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension.

• Double-Check Your Designs: Because our products are made-to-order (including social handles and banners), you are solely responsible for reviewing your design before paying. Check your spelling, icons, fonts, and materials carefully. Once paid, you are approving the design as-is.

• Payments: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and processed securely via Stripe at checkout.

• The 4-Hour Cancellation Window: You can cancel an order for a full refund within four (4) hours of payment, provided production hasn't started. After four hours, custom orders are final and non-refundable.

• Production & Shipping: Orders generally ship within 3 to 7 business days to Canadian addresses. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is with the shipping carrier. Minor variations in vinyl color or texture can happen and are not considered defects.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match the design you approved, email us within seven (7) days of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly review it for a reprint or refund.

• Your Content Rights: You must own or have the rights to any text, logos, or handles you submit. Do not ask us to print copyrighted logos or characters without permission. We retain all rights to our website, customizer software, and brand assets.

• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel any order or reject any design at our sole discretion. We will not produce content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes on intellectual property. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

• Liability & Law: Our products are provided "as is" (durability depends heavily on your surface prep and installation). Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
